I began a serious hobby in photography some 20 years ago with a classic Pentax K1000 camera. After a sailing race in Marblehead, MA and an unfortunate amount of salt water found the camera's interior, I began a transition to the digital format. The relative affordability of the new format at the time, and the ability to experiment in a more forgiving environment allowed my love of capturing images to expand rapidly over the next few years. Several jobs allowed me to travel across the country and broaden my exposure to a variety of landmarks and environments.
Since then I have turned the hobby into a profession by offering clients in my full-time technology and consulting business a wide range of professional photography services. I've chosen to marry the latest professional technology from Canon, Bogen-Manfrotto, Tiffen, and lighting by Photoflex, with my creative eye, artistic training, and technical photography background. You can see much of my client-commissioned photography in web media and print collateral of several private schools and businesses along the East coast.
Thank you for taking the time to learn a little about me.
